Oktoberfest Lager (Fall)

This is a rich and malty amber lager with a mild, clean hop presence.  Five different malts combine to create sweet, toasty and nutty flavors, with just enough noble hops to provide a refreshing balance to the malt complexity.

Very Noddy Lager (Late Fall)

This Imperial Schwarzbier has twice the malt and hops of our Black Noddy Lager, creating a deep black color, rich, nutty malt flavors, and a smooth hop bite. A symphony of balanced intensity, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze winner in Other Strong Beer!

Black Adder IBA (Late Winter)

This dark IPA is fully black in color with nutty, roasty malt character, moderate body, with bull bright hop bitterness and aroma. De-husked black malt provides color and roastiness without astringent sharpness and dark Caramel and Special Roast also deepen the color while imparting mild sweetness with lots of roasty complexity and depth. Newport, Palisade, Glacier, and Ahtanum hops create multiple layers of crisp American character with no harsh edges. 7.3 ABV 85 IBUs

Roler Bock (Maibock, Spring)

This strong, pale lager is a traditional German springtime style.  Straw colored with a thick, white head, the clean lager aroma strikes a delicate balance of sweet malt and fine German hops.  A touch of Munich and pale Caramel malts provide fullness and depth, and a clean, moderate hop bitterness balances the malt sweetness nicely.
