This big, bold American IPA leads with a rich, fruity hop aroma featuring citrus and tropical fruit, along with slight earthy, resinous, piney notes.  A combination of Caramel, Munich and Special Roast malts creates a beautiful copper color and slightly sweet, full malt character.  6 kettle additions create a deep hop flavor and bitterness, but a very clean finish.  At 7.5% abv, the full and balanced flavors of this IPA are rounded out with a mildly alcoholic finish.  The big flavors of this beer will pair well with strongly flavored foods like sharp blue cheese, horseradish, hot peppers and salty brines.
